Chinese New Year’s Eve is just tomorrow, has everyone gotten their snacks and goodies ready when people come to visit?
I love recipes like these. You get to throw in all the unfinished cornflakes and frosties, and kill two birds with one stone to get an all new product!
We also forgot the source of the recipe, but will put it in as soon as I find out!
105 g butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
3/4 cup self raising flour
1/4 cup plain flour
crushed corn flakes
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy
- Beat in the egg yolk
- Stir in dry ingredients and mix well.
- Roll teaspoonfuls in crushed cornflakes
- Bake at 175 degrees for 12-15 minutes
